Does This Mean Anything?

If this was a story about a Democratic presidential candidate, that campaign would be dead by morning. But because this scandal is about the Mayor of 9/11, I don't know what the political fallout will look like. Still, the notion that Giuliani used some creative accounting to hide the cost to the taxpayers of his trips to the Hamptons to further his adulterous relationship with his future wife… well, that's kind of interesting on the face of it, isn't it?
