Check that Box

The AP is reporting that the federal presidential campaign fund, which gets its funding from the $3 checkoff on federal income tax returns, "must reap millions of dollars more to avoid a shortfall" in 2004. Remember, this money is used for primaries as well as the general, so make sure you check that box when you file this year (and every year).
