A disappointing week for USC. They had a real shot at upsetting Georgia, but a fumble on Georgia's two yard line with 20 seconds to go gave the Bulldogs the win, 13-7. Carolina is now 1-2. Better news from up North — UMass walloped American International 42-13. The Minutemen start out well at 2-0.
