"Playing the Race Card"

Josh Marshall makes a point that is so obviously true,that I'm surprised I haven't seen this point made over and over again during the last few weeks. Referring to the conservative argument that the Democratic Party is addicted to "playing the race card" (which is meant to take some of the attention away of all those "Southern Strategy" stories): "…the premise that there is a basic equality between appeals to racism and charges of racism.
