About Flogger

Flogger is my new blog project. For those of you who've visited here back in the day, you might remember the "Powered by CommaBlog" link at the bottom of every page. Unfortunately, CommaBlog is no more. The server that it was running on died in March, 2009 (thanks to Yakuza for keeping it up that long), and it was time for a change.

So now we have the this year's model, built with (for those who care) CGI::Application, Class::DBI, chewing gum, and bailing wire. In other words, built with the tools that I use every day now. CommaBlog was the previous toolkit; Flogger is the new version.

Right now, Flogger pretty much sucks. But I'll keep digging, and soon, maybe it will only be half-crappy.
