Lawrence Lessig: Innovation, Regulation, and The Internet. It's not as easy as industry makes it seem.

Washington Post: Attorneys General Raise Funds for GOP. "One of RAGA's founding members and its first chairman, South Carolina Attorney General Charles Condon, had joined the Microsoft lawsuit but dropped out in December 1998, citing changes in the industry. A few months earlier, Microsoft had given $20,000 to the South Carolina GOP, one of the largest gifts in the state party's history."

After a much-needed RAM upgrade, my laptop is cruising again. Coool.

ZDNet: Market Milestone: A New No. 1!. Q: Why didn't I buy Cisco when it was at $42 per share 18 months ago? A: Because I'm an idiot.

Washington Post: Gore Plan Would End 'Soft Money,' Endow Elections.

It's a beautiful day in DC. While there are many times of year when I complain about the weather here, nothing beats a nice spring day in the District.

Washington Post: Federal Tax Level Falls For Most. "For all but the wealthiest Americans, the federal income tax burden has shrunk to the lowest level in four decades…" So, why exactly do we need Bush's huge tax cut??

I used to watch ABC News. But after tonight's assault on the First Amendment "with John Stossel", I can't watch this network's news broadcast anymore. It's a shame, but ABC can't seem to distinguish between speech critical of other opinions (good) and actions which shut down speech by others (bad).

It's an absolutely beautiful day in DC. Most of the time, I'm whistful for a more Southern clime, but today is a perfect day no matter where you are. While the "Washington Post" was reporting for a while that the temperature was a brisk -99 degrees, it's actually mid-60s and moderate humidity. Too bad every day can't be Sunday and 60s.

Washington Post: Super Tuesday May End Races. Let's get this over with and move on to the general.

MSNBC: Clinton Lobs Criticism at NRA. Keep it up.

US News: A Bloody Battle. Bush pulls ahead, but he's the worse for wear after his move right to fight McCain.
